Returns

Products can be returned within 15 days of receiving the item. It must be unused and with the original tags/stickers on.
Email hello@teamswagshack.com to initiate a return.

Custom Swag can’t be returned due to the customization of the products. Please check the size charts closely to order the correct size.

If a defect is found on your Custom Swag product, we do offer replacements. Defects are defined as torn seams, material flaws, major stains, and major misprints.
If a defect is found in a Custom Swag product, please photograph it and email hello@teamswagshack.com within 3 days of receiving the item to initiate the replacement.
